By accessing or using Tech Sales Playbook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Tech Sales Playbook offers digital products, including PDF playbooks, and services, including resume reviews and resume rewrites. Playbook access is provided electronically after purchase confirmation or support-assisted purchase access. Services are delivered according to the scope described on the relevant service page.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on individual playbooks, bundles, and team-license purchases. A refunded team license requires removal of all distributed copies. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 30 days of purchase. Resume services are custom service work and are not refundable once the review, rewrite, or feedback delivery has started.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Tech Sales Playbook, including guides, articles, and graphics, is owned by Tech Sales Playbook and protected by copyright law. You may use purchased PDFs and worksheets within the license granted with your order. Other reproduction or distribution requires our written permission.
5. User Conduct
Individual playbooks and bundles are licensed to one reader and may not be shared or resold. A purchased Sales Team License permits internal distribution of the five included books to up to 10 named users at the company entered at checkout, under the scope published on our team-license page. That permission overrides the individual sharing restriction only for those users and books. No public distribution or resale is permitted. Violation of this term may result in termination of access.

Our products and services are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, job placements, or income levels. Your success depends on your individual effort and circumstances.
